Facility Emergency (floods, no heat, power issues, smell of gas)

• Call 24/7 On-Call Maintenance at (814) 240-6928

Facility Non-Emergency

• For all other maintenance issues, open an Online Maintenance Work Order. This is located on your personal portal.

• Our team will work with you to find the best time that fits your schedule for us to resolve the problem.
