📅 Schedule Ahead (24-Hour Rule!)

All tours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance ⏰. This gives us time to:

Prepare the apartment for viewing
Make sure everything looks perfect for you ✨

We only allow tours, Monday through Friday, during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), so don’t wait too long to book!

When your tour is confirmed, you’ll be told exactly where to go:

BPM Office: 241 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16501 🏢
Or directly at the apartment, if instructed 🏘️

Make sure to arrive on time so we can give you a full tour and answer all your questions.

During your visit, our friendly BPM staff will:

Go over rent, lease terms, and utilities 💡
Answer all your questions about parking, packages, and the application process 📦🚗
