Secure Package Delivery at the BPM Office

Bauer Property Management (BPM) offers tenants the option to have packages delivered directly to our office for added security and convenience.

Packages sent to the BPM office are only accepted during normal business hours, when office staff is present in the building. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which helps reduce the likelihood of packages being left unattended.

If you are unable to pick up your package on the day it is delivered, it will be stored and organized on designated office shelves and will be available for pickup on the next business day.

While this option provides an added layer of security, package delivery is not always perfect. Occasionally, carriers may attempt delivery outside of business hours, deliver to the wrong location, or fail to follow delivery instructions. Bauer Property Management cannot guarantee carrier compliance and is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or delivered outside of office hours.

Tenants are responsible for ensuring packages are properly addressed and for picking them up during business hours. If you have questions about sending packages to the office or need clarification on pickup procedures, our staff is happy to assist.
